2022年1月5日,中国电信和中国联(lian)通联(lian)合发布自主研发的共建共享区块链调度平台(tai)。

5G作为新(xin)一代信息(xi)(xi)通(tong)信技(ji)术的(de)先锋代表和数字化转型的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)引(yin)擎已(yi)上升(sheng)为国(guo)家战略,已(yi)成为全球大(da)国(guo)科技(ji)竞(jing)争的(de)制高(gao)点和构筑国(guo)家竞(jing)争优势的(de)驱动力,在加(jia)快构建新(xin)发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)格局、推动实(shi)现(xian)高(gao)质量发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)中起到(dao)了(le)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)作用(yong)。共建共享快速解决了(le)网(wang)络(luo)(luo)重(zhong)复建设、高(gao)成本(ben)、高(gao)能耗等问(wen)题,提升(sheng)了(le)资源的(de)使(shi)用(yong)效率,形(xing)成了(le)领先的(de)网(wang)络(luo)(luo)能力,是贯彻新(xin)发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)理念、实(shi)现(xian)“双碳目标”的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)手,更是加(jia)快数字信息(xi)(xi)基础设施建设、推动数字经济发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)重(zhong)大(da)举措。

中(zhong)国(guo)电(dian)信(xin)与中(zhong)国(guo)联(lian)通作为5G共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)技术(shu)先行者和(he)建设(she)(she)实践者,深入贯(guan)彻落实习(xi)近平总书记关于网(wang)(wang)络(luo)强国(guo)、数字中(zhong)国(guo)重要(yao)论述和(he)5G发展的重要(yao)指示(shi)批示(shi)精神,自(zi)2019年(nian)签(qian)订5G网(wang)(wang)络(luo)共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)合(he)作协(xie)议以(yi)来,双方紧(jin)密(mi)合(he)作、开拓(tuo)进取、锐意创(chuang)新、互利共(gong)(gong)(gong)赢,截(jie)至2021年(nian)10月(yue),商(shang)用(yong)部署共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)5G基站超(chao)60万个(ge),占全球(qiu)已(yi)建5G基站数40%以(yi)上,建成(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)全球(qiu)首个(ge)、规模(mo)(mo)最大(da)的5G 独(du)立组网(wang)(wang)(SA)共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)网(wang)(wang)络(luo),实现了(le)(le)(le)大(da)规模(mo)(mo)产业(ye)化应用(yong),同步推进了(le)(le)(le)4G接入网(wang)(wang)共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)(xiang),累(lei)计节省网(wang)(wang)络(luo)建设(she)(she)投资超(chao)过2100亿元,每年(nian)节约网(wang)(wang)络(luo)运(yun)营(ying)成(cheng)本200亿元、节电(dian)超(chao)100亿度、降(jiang)低碳排放(fang)600万吨,拉动了(le)(le)(le)上下(xia)游(you)产业(ye)链,引(yin)领(ling)了(le)(le)(le)全球(qiu)5G发展,推动了(le)(le)(le)5G产业(ye)高质、健康、绿色发展。中(zhong)国(guo)电(dian)信(xin)和(he)中(zhong)国(guo)联(lian)通两个(ge)大(da)型运(yun)营(ying)商(shang)开展5G全生命周(zhou)期网(wang)(wang)络(luo)共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)属全球(qiu)首例,为全球(qiu)电(dian)信(xin)行业(ye)提供了(le)(le)(le)“中(zhong)国(guo)经(jing)验”。

5G共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)推(tui)动过程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)面(mian)临一(yi)(yi)(yi)系列的(de)难(nan)题和挑(tiao)战。一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)需要解(jie)决(jue)带(dai)宽(kuan)翻(fan)倍、多(duo)(duo)(duo)频(pin)共(gong)(gong)(gong)存(cun)引发的(de)高(gao)(gao)维(wei)基带(dai)信(xin)号处理、多(duo)(duo)(duo)频(pin)共(gong)(gong)(gong)存(cun)干扰、强记忆非线(xian)性(xing)等(deng)前所未有的(de)技(ji)术难(nan)题;二是(shi)需要面(mian)对两网(wang)(wang)合(he)一(yi)(yi)(yi)带(dai)来的(de)4G非共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)用户和5G共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)用户混合(he)共(gong)(gong)(gong)存(cun)、跨运(yun)营商存(cun)量不(bu)同(tong)语音解(jie)决(jue)方案兼容、边界优化(hua)保持(chi)业(ye)务(wu)连续性(xing)以及不(bu)同(tong)业(ye)务(wu)调度系统(tong)网(wang)(wang)络管理、资源(yuan)公(gong)平高(gao)(gao)效调度、共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)网(wang)(wang)络下专网(wang)(wang)保障等(deng)史(shi)无前例的(de)运(yun)营挑(tiao)战。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国电信(xin)和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国联通(tong)(tong)联合(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)兴通(tong)(tong)讯、华(hua)为(wei)技(ji)术、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)信(xin)科(ke)、北京邮电大(da)学等(deng)合(he)作伙(huo)伴,开(kai)展了(le)(le)近10年(nian)(nian)的(de)产学研(yan)用、协同(tong)创(chuang)新(xin),通(tong)(tong)过关键技(ji)术创(chuang)新(xin)与产业(ye)化(hua)项(xiang)目解(jie)决(jue)了(le)(le)共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)带(dai)来的(de)全(quan)球最高(gao)(gao)C波段大(da)带(dai)宽(kuan)、高(gao)(gao)功率(lv)(lv)和高(gao)(gao)维(wei)计算(suan)复(fu)杂度、高(gao)(gao)功率(lv)(lv)射(she)频(pin)前端国产化(hua)关键自主器(qi)件、5G接(jie)入网(wang)(wang)超大(da)规模组(zu)网(wang)(wang)和运(yun)营等(deng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)系列难(nan)题和挑(tiao)战,在5G共(gong)(gong)(gong)享(xiang)技(ji)术、器(qi)件、设(she)备、组(zu)网(wang)(wang)、运(yun)营等(deng)方面(mian)取得(de)(de)了(le)(le)重大(da)突破,形(xing)成了(le)(le)5G“一(yi)(yi)(yi)张(zhang)(zhang)物理网(wang)(wang),两张(zhang)(zhang)逻辑网(wang)(wang),多(duo)(duo)(duo)张(zhang)(zhang)定(ding)制专网(wang)(wang)” 的(de)协同(tong)组(zu)网(wang)(wang)架构,实现了(le)(le)业(ye)务(wu)调度、网(wang)(wang)络管理和运(yun)营协同(tong)。该(gai)项(xiang)目取得(de)(de)了(le)(le)近500项(xiang)授权发明专利(li),其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)包括50多(duo)(duo)(duo)项(xiang)PCT授权发明专利(li)。项(xiang)目组(zu)主导制定(ding)了(le)(le)12项(xiang)国际标(biao)准、8项(xiang)行业(ye)标(biao)准,获得(de)(de)了(le)(le)2020年(nian)(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国通(tong)(tong)信(xin)学会“科(ke)技(ji)进(jin)步一(yi)(yi)(yi)等(deng)奖”、通(tong)(tong)信(xin)行业(ye)企业(ye)管理现代(dai)化(hua)创(chuang)新(xin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)等(deng)成果、GSMA全(quan)球移动大(da)奖、GSMA 亚(ya)洲移动大(da)奖、2021年(nian)(nian)“德国IF工业(ye)产品(pin)设(she)计奖”。

2021年11月29日,中国(guo)(guo)(guo)通信学(xue)会(hui)(hui)在北京组织专家(jia)院士评价(jia)委(wei)员会(hui)(hui)对项目成(cheng)果进行(xing)鉴定,认(ren)为5G共(gong)建(jian)共(gong)享(xiang)实现了(le)(le)5G移动通信共(gong)建(jian)共(gong)享(xiang)关键技术(shu)创(chuang)新与产业化,加快了(le)(le)我(wo)国(guo)(guo)(guo)5G商(shang)用部署步伐,为全(quan)球(qiu)共(gong)建(jian)共(gong)享(xiang)网络技术(shu)创(chuang)新和发展起到了(le)(le)重(zhong)要引(yin)领作(zuo)用,填补了(le)(le)全(quan)球(qiu)产业空白(bai),取得了(le)(le)重(zhong)大的经济和社(she)会(hui)(hui)效益;该项目成(cheng)果总体技术(shu)水平(ping)达到国(guo)(guo)(guo)际先进,部分创(chuang)新成(cheng)果处于国(guo)(guo)(guo)际领先水平(ping)。

本次发布的共(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)共(gong)(gong)享区块链(lian)(lian)调度平(ping)台由中国(guo)电信和(he)中国(guo)联(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)通联(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)研发,平(ping)台打造联(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)数据(ju)管理、联(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)网络规划、联(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)建(jian)(jian)设调度、联(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)运(yun)营分析、联(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)合(he)办公协同(tong)五大(da)应用,赋能共(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)、共(gong)(gong)享、共(gong)(gong)维、共(gong)(gong)优全流程。平(ping)台全球首(shou)创了基于区块链(lian)(lian)的跨(kua)运(yun)营商5G运(yun)营调度系统、跨(kua)运(yun)营商区块链(lian)(lian)BaaS联(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)盟、跨(kua)运(yun)营商大(da)数据(ju)无线网精准(zhun)规划三大(da)创新,为共(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)共(gong)(gong)享各(ge)方(fang)建(jian)(jian)立了平(ping)等互信的基础(chu)。
